The Catalan coach lamented the result, though he expressed satisfaction with his players’ attitude.

**Assessment of the game and his players’ mindset**

“It was a game of runs. Throughout the match, both teams had positive moments. We put together some strong stretches, and so did they, but those leads quickly evaporated—including in the fourth quarter. We had a clear chance to win. I consider the players’ effort and their refusal to give up as very positive. When we were down with three minutes left, it would have been easy to disconnect and let the game slip away, but we kept fighting.”

“We had a very good mentality, and from that perspective, I’m happy.”

**Offensive performance**

“We scored 86 points. I don’t know—we were missing a player who shoots well from outside today. Tactics are sometimes overrated. They work if you have a player like Tavares or a specific type of player. Some players make a huge difference on defense. We turned the ball over a bit too much. The solution isn’t always found in tactics.”

**How is Braxton Key?**

“I have no idea. I don’t even know who went to the hospital with him. We’ll get the information later.”
